Course Registration

Places should be booked in advance by completing the online registration form. All course bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions below. In submitting a form online you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.


Payment Policy

Your registration is not complete until full payment is received. Upon receipt of the registration form, each participant will be sent an invoice which must be paid in full by direct bank transfer. Payment of fees must be made in full in advance of the course start date.


Refund Policy

  • A full refund will only be made if the prospective participant gives Notice in writing 30 days prior to the course start date. No refund will be given for cancellations made with less than 30 days notice of the course start date.
  • A full refund will be given if the course is cancelled by Experience Consultancy.

Cancellation Policy

The minimum class size is of 4 participants per course. Experience Consultancy reserves the right to cancel a scheduled training session up to 5 business days prior to the training if a minimum class size has not been attained. Experience Consultancy is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a cancellation.
